  Return & Refund Policy

At Radhika Vastra, we value your trust as our biggest blessing. That’s why we maintain a transparent, fair, and respectful return policy — rooted in devotion and customer care.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Devotional items (dresses, idols, photos, accessories, etc.)
  • Jewellery products (earrings, bangles, necklaces, etc.)

These are sacred and personal-use items; once dispatched, they cannot be reused or resold due to purity and hygiene concerns.

Products Eligible for Return

You can raise a return request within 5 days of product delivery for the following categories:

  • Women’s Wear
  • Men’s Wear
  • Other general (non-devotional, non-jewellery) items

Valid reasons for return:

  • ❌ Wrong item delivered
  • 💔 Product arrived damaged
  • 🙁 Didn’t like the product (describe reason required)

📅 Return Timeline

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery (not dispatch).
  • Once approved, the product will be picked up from your address by our courier partner.

📤 Pickup & Courier Charges

  • We share the pickup cost with you:
    • 50% paid by customer
    • 50% paid by Radhika Vastra

Example:

If pickup charges are ₹60, ₹30 will be deducted from your refund, and ₹30 will be borne by us.

🔁 Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse:

  1. Product is verified for damage, usage, tags, etc.
  2. If approved, refund is initiated within 3 working days.
  3. Refund is credited back to the original payment method/account used for purchase.

We may ask for photos or videos to support return claims — especially for damaged or wrong items.

🚫 Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Phone not reachable
  • Delivery refused
  • Address not found

👉 We will deduct any shipping charges incurred and refund only the product amount.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All return requests are subject to approval after internal review.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Repeated return abuse may lead to account review.
