At Radhika Vastra, we value your trust β€” and that begins with secure payments and transparent refunds. This policy explains how we accept payments, when refunds are issued, and how we ensure 100% clarity for every customer.

πŸ’³ 1. Payment Methods We Accept

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway, which supports:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Debit & Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)

🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

πŸ”’ 2. Payment Security & Verification

  • Your transactions are encrypted and handled via PCI-DSS compliant gateways
  • Radhika Vastra does not store any card, UPI, or banking credentials
  • In case of failed or delayed payment, amount (if debited) is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days

πŸ“„ 3. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment:

  • You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with Order ID and payment status
  • Your order moves to processing and is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days

πŸ” 4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Return request accepted after product verification (as per Return Policy)
  • Order undelivered or returned-to-origin (with valid reason)

❌ No refunds are offered on devotional items or jewelry unless damaged/wrong item received.

⚠️ 6. Deductions on Pickup Returns

If a return is initiated (excluding damaged/wrong item):

  • Pickup courier charges are split 50-50
  • Example: If pickup costs β‚Ή60, customer bears β‚Ή30 (deducted from refund)
  • Remaining balance is credited back post product approval

🧾 7. Tax & Invoice

  • All product prices include GST
  • A detailed invoice is shared via email and is also downloadable under β€œMy Orders” section
  • In case of refund, invoice becomes void and payment records are updated
