  Order Cancellation Policy

At Radhika Vastra, we understand that sometimes minds change — and we respect that. Our cancellation process is simple, transparent, and respectful of both your time and ours.

🕒 When Can You Cancel Your Order?

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return if the item is eligible (see Return Policy).

🔁 How to Request Cancellation

To cancel an order:

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email
  • Provide your Order ID and registered mobile/email
  • Mention "Cancel my order" clearly in the message

⚠️ Cancellations cannot be done from the website directly (for now), but we will respond quickly once contacted.

💸 Refund Process After Cancellation

If you cancel your order before dispatch:

  • We will process a full refund within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made (UPI/Card/Wallet)

🚫 Orders We May Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Product out of stock or unavailable
  • Payment not received/failed
  • Incomplete address or invalid contact info
  • Suspected misuse of platform

In such cases, full refund will be issued to the customer without deductions.
